Professional Development (PD)
Professional Development (PD)
PD includes teaching and learning activities designed to support the acquisition of professional knowledge, skills, and
dispositions related to inclusion as well as the application of this knowledge in practice. The content of the PD should
include evidence-based practices that define high-quality early childhood inclusion.
This landing pad highlights research, policies, and position statements (Why Do It?), print materials (Read All About It), videos and DVDs (See for Yourself), and web resources (Find It Online) to support the acquisition and application of information related to this evidence-based practice.
